* White Chocolate ganache infused with winter spices finished with Gotland Gold Gin (3,4,5)

* Hazelnut praline ganache with a roasted hazelnut and a hazelnut liqueur (2,3,4,5)

* Salted caramel ganache finished with Black Mountain toffee apple liqueur (3,4,5)

* Pistachio ganache with roasted pistachio and a delicate raspberry jelly (1,3,5)
